Gerd Sinz “Goedi”, born on 8 February 1978, was behaving well in school and finally completed an apprenticeship as a cabinet maker. After one year at the “Berufskolleg” he started studying architecture. He has practically graduated and thus “forced” his friend Gedsche to go to Africa with him. For this upcoming trip, he brings in some necessary travel experience after living abroad in Den Haag and travelling through Thailand.

He is a motorbike enthusiast and is fighting his way through a Taekwondo school. He likes to tinker with his little motorized model cars but most of all he likes to party and put people into a good mood.

Gerd Kaupp “Gedsche”, born on 18 September 1978, completed the “Realschule”. It was his destiny to drive in big nails. Therefore, he decided to take on an apprenticeship as a carpenter. After a few years of work experience, it was his aim to broaden his knowledge by attending a master class. Since 2003 he’s been working in his own business together with another friend.

He got some travel experience in Australia, Ecuador and New Zealand and is therefore ready for this new challenge. His hobbies are scuba diving, snowboarding and, of course, bike riding.
