von Bittelbronn nach Afrika

AFRIKA TOUR 2006

This page tells you everything about our trip to Africa.

The journey starts from our home village Bittelbronn (Black Forest, Germany) and ends in Cape Town, South Africa. We’re planning to take roughly one year to overcome the 30,000 km. During our trip, we’re hoping to be able to conduct development aid work. Our goal is to attempt at least one major project. Due to our limited budget, we require the help of locals there.

Each of us is riding his own motorbike. Depending on internet connections, we’ll be happy to update this site with current stories and cool pictures.

Our first big stop is going to be Uganda. After successfully contacting the project manager, we will support the locals in building public utility institutions like sickrooms, huts and a school. Read more about it in the links section or visit www.entwicklungshilfe-mawogola.de (German only).
